the animation was pretty Louzy, depending on how long you spent on it. It wasnt very funny.... partially because of how poor the animation was. Good effort though.

Lil' Hoots was good....but....
there were some parts, especially the beginning where hoots does the cutesy face, that was so strikingly like flapjack that I couldnt help but scream "plagiarism", all I am saying is that this cartoon was a bit too much like a few shows... good style, something more original would be better thought.
7/10 because everything was great but it took too much from popular cartoons
